After graduating The Woodlands High-school, Kalli moved to Long Beach, California to earn her Bachelors of Sceince degree in Geology. Shortly after, Kalli returned to North Housont and decided to get her real estate license, as she had an interest in the local market and helping others. She stayed at home to raise her children until their youngest son left for college in 2004. In 2004 she started working as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors and in 2005 she was number one Top Producer and has been a Top Producer ever since then. She has sold one transaction over $9 Million which no one in Coldwell Banker United has ever done.

Gigi and her husband Greg live in Saddlebrook Estates which they've developed since 1998. She specializes in The Woodlands and surrounding areas.
