I have served on the board of directors of the Sterling Ridge Village Association for almost a decade and love being a part of other Woodlands area community events. I am a mother of three wonderful kids and have been married to my husband Ivan (who is a top producing realtor nationwide) for over 22 years.

Born and raised in Texas and a resident of Spring, Texas for over 23 years, Crystal began her career in real estate in 2006 and has never looked back. A former stay-at-home mom Crystal uses an educational approach with her clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they're viewing and each step of the purchasing process.

Holly Land grew up on a ranch in Crockett, TX and attended UT, Austin. She left Texas after college and traveled all around the United States holding supervisory positions with several specialty clothing concerns. Eventually settling into the Delaware Valley, home improvement and home design became Holly's passions and the focus of her career. She established a successful contracting company that specialized in custom kitchens and bath remodels. Holly expanded on this success by opening a stone and tile company as well. Building on her expertise in residential improvement and home furnishing, Holly became a licensed Realtor in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Holly moved back to Texas in August of 2016 to The Woodlands to be closer to aging relatives. "I chose the Woodlands for many reasons: the outdoor greenery, the hike and bike trails, and all the convenience that comes along with living in a planned community." Originally from China, Xiuyan has been a resident of The Woodlands since 2008 and has developed a great affinity for the area and all that it has to offer! After living in the United States for 15 years, she has resided in multiple cities and communities across the country, but has yet to experience the same connection that she has with The Woodlands area. She particularly appreciates the community’s natural environment, its amenities and conveniences, school, weather, and the relatively low living costs. As a real estate agent, she aspires to introduce buyers to a community where they will feel this same connection and appreciation.

Prior to real estate, Xiuyan had been quite successful academically. She earned her BE and PhD degrees in prestigious chemical engineering programs offered by Tsinghua University in China and the University of Minnesota, respectively. After having children, however, Xiuyan decided to stay at home to raise them for the last eight years. With a desire to get back to work while still raising her children, Xiuyan opted to pursue a career in real estate due to its flexible hours and minimal travel.

Xiuyan originally joined Connect Realty because of their extensive training and valuable resources that have equipped her with the essential tools to generate optimal results for her clients.
