David was raised in a small town, population ~3300. As a child, David had aspirations of being a mechanic and race car driver. He would take everything apart just to see how it worked. Never once did he think he would stumble into the real estate industry, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life. He has been in the Houston area since 1991. This story perfectly sums up the kind of person / agent David is, and the type of agent he continuously strives to be for his clients. David was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what he did. And he worked hard, and works hard. As the years went by, David worked his way from 12 hour shifts as a gas station attendant at 15, various other jobs, graduated from University of Missouri Columbia, worked in the oilfield, became a business owner, investor in real estate, Real Estate agent, and now he is a Broker for Patrons Realty, all the while never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. When he first ventured into the Real Estate industry years ago, he did so, helping sellers avoid the headaches often associated with the home selling process. In his years of experience, not only has he helped alleviate the stress of selling for numerous clients, but he also accumulated years of knowledge to help them get more money for their homes in the least amount of time. Meredith attended the University of Rhode Island where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with a Minor in Marketing. She began her career as a Dental Hygienist and then moved into the Dental Sales industry. A decade in sales provided the opportunity for Meredith to develop a strong aptitude for negotiation and to sharpen her sales skills. Her transition to real estate was natural for her as her skillset and vibrant personality make her a joy to work with.

Married to her loving and supportive husband, Billy, since 2006, they share two wonderful children, Jack and Stella. The Lucas' enjoy travelling together, camping, family movie nights, and entertaining family and friends. Meredith is an active volunteer at her childrens' schools. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts and exploring fashion and home dcor.

I was born and raised in Washington State, earned a business degree from the University of San Diego and was a licensed real estate agent in the state of California. I worked for one of the largest brokers in Southern California as a Relocation Specialist, connecting people with agents all across the United States. I have lived in 5 different states and have personally gone through 5 corporate relocations. Texas has been home since 2005. I have lived in League City, Beaumont, Dallas and now reside in The Woodlands. I love to travel and sailed around the world stopping at 11 different countries along the way. Spending time with my husband, three children and our Great Pyrenees rescue pup keeps me happy. I also am a runner and enjoy doing trail runs and training for half marathons.
