Amassing sales of almost a quarter of a billion dollars to date, Marilyn Carson's real estate career began in 1997 as the first agent to join Beth Ferester's new mentor program launched at Ferester & Company in Houston, Texas. Learning from the best, Marilyn quickly went on to receive numerous awards and accolades including the Top 100 Realtors in Houston, top listing agent in Houston's major master planned community, Gleannloch Farms, as well as the Greater Houston Builder's Association Realtor of the Year. In 2014, Marilyn and her husband Clay were relocated to NW Florida's Hwy. 30A, where Marilyn continued her real estate career with Rosemary Beach Realty and later Corcoran Reverie. While living there full time, Marilyn sold over 100 million in luxury real estate and investment properties and has retained her Florida license and is still highly active in 30A real estate to date.
