B.A. from University of Massachusetts and a Associate Degree in Hospitality Management from MassBay College. I have over a decade of professional experience in Hospitality Management, Finance and Accounting. Tim ONeill has been licensed since 1991 and has major experience everywhere from Lake Conroe to Houston and west to Fort Bend County. He is very knowledgeable in both commercial real estate (including leases) and all aspects of residential real estate (including new construction).

Tim worked in the Lake Conroe area until 1996 when he was hired to help build sales in the Fulshear development of Weston Lakes. He sold lots and acreage along with assisting clients in finding the best builder for their criteria. He also was very successful in resale homes, new construction and large acreage tracts.

Since 2002 he has been concentrating on the commercial side of real estate and has done a plethora of commercial transactions, both leases and sales. At the same time he has maintained his residential client base. His preference is to work with buyers, whether they are commercial or residential, and provide them with the best service possible. Honesty, integrity and accessibility are a hard to beat combination.
