After graduating from Texas State University, Stephanie moved to New York City and worked at The Related Companies, the largest privately owned real estate development company in the country. This is where Stephanie received the most valuable real estate experience, working alongside the executive management team for the world-renowned Hudson Yards and Equinox Hotel Developments. After five amazing years in New York City, Stephanie moved back to the great state of Texas to be closer to her family.

Raised in The Woodlands since 1992, Stephanie understands the numerous benefits of life in "the bubble", with its lush, natural landscape, award-winning schools, upscale dining and shopping, energetic nightlife and unmatched entertainment venues. My husband and I have lived in the Magnolia , Tx area for over 20 years. We have 6 children and 8 grandchildren I love to see the changes over the years in Magnolia we are about to grow even more by 2020 we will have exploded. I cover Montgomery,Harris and Waller counties but have been as far as Galveston, Lake Livingston and Austin. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren the beach and relaxing at home with family.

Stephanie has set up roots here in Texas for the past 12 years, after living in different states as well as overseas. Stephanie attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University where she earned her BS in Criminal Justice. Some of her previous jobs have included the Stafford County Public Schools and the Department of State while living overseas in Panama.

After moving around with my family as a military brat and then moving my own family around, I am now settled in and proud to call Texas my home. Moving within the United States and abroad has helped give me the ability to successfully adapt to any situation. Before moving to Texas, I graduated with a bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University. After graduating, I worked as an asset protection executive for 5 years where I went back to school to pick up courses in economics and history. My husband’s job took us overseas to central America where I had the opportunity to work for the State Department. While overseas, we lived in Panama and Guatemala where I learned about different cultures and had many memorable experiences exploring what each country had to offer. After returning to the United States, I worked for 3 years as a substitute teacher in Virginia. Our journey to Texas was almost there, as we made Louisiana our home for about a year.
