Originally from DFW, Melissa moved to North Houston with her husband and three children in 2017. She understands what it is like to stand in her clients' shoes. Whether it is relocating, buying or selling a home, Melissa has a sensitivity towards her client's journey and needs. Claire Wollard was born and raised in northwest Missouri. She moved to the Houston area in 2006 and has lived in The Woodlands since then. She has been actively involved in many church, school, and community organizations and activities. Claire became a real estate agent in 2020.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Claire worked as an athletic trainer then as a pharmaceutical representative in which she won many sales awards. She took several years off to homeschool her son. Along the way, she led many committees both in the PTO and within her son's Boy Scout Troop.

With many years of sales and leadership experience, Claire knows about listening to her client's needs, negotiating the deal, and the importance of communication. She is a highly organized multitasker who will help you whether buying, selling, or leasing.

When asked what she most wants her clients to know about her, Pam Durham put “integrity” at the top of her list - closely followed by “competency” and “professionalism.” She needn’t worry. Those qualities are immediately evident, and her satisfied clients would add a number of other skills, citing her diplomacy, warmth, and sensitivity. Pam is very service-oriented. As a former teacher and trainer, she enjoys the process of walking clients through the buying and selling process, and gains their trust easily. Her background taught her the value of doing her homework and being prepared, as well as the importance of continued studies. She recently earned her professional designation as a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI).

The key to every successful transaction, she says, is good communication between all parties. So, she dedicates herself to remaining in constant contact with clients, informing and preparing them for each step from listing and contract to closing. She believes that real estate is one of the very best investments a family can make, and as a 22-year resident of The Woodlands, can’t imagine living or working anywhere else. She markets properties throughout Montgomery County including The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, and Conroe; but is equally at home showing and selling in Inner Loop Houston.

I was born and grew up in the Houston area and spent my summers vacationing with my family, learning new hobbies, and helping around the house. Just after my sophomore year at Houston Technical Institute, I began working at a prominent oil and gas company during the summer and then through the rest of my high school days, Being in Vocational Office Education opened many doors in the industry. I was the Supervisor of Office and Facilities Services for about 20 years. In 2004, I was ready for a new challenge and decided to follow my heart. I went back to school to study for my Real Estate Salesperson license and joined Realty Associates soon after. With my background in facilities, which included construction, and my husband in the construction field, we were successful in flipping properties during the recession. We purchased and sold many homes throughout the years. Not ever forgetting the challenges of buying or selling a home, I love helping buyers and sellers alike throughout the process and goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible and will be an asset to both.

Passionate about real estate and people, I embarked on this journey as an agent to intertwine my love for travel with helping individuals find their dream homes. A social enthusiast at heart, I thrive on building connections and creating meaningful relationships.
