Kate was a four-year starter for the Central Michigan University volleyball team from 2005-2008 where she earned All-conference honors, team MVP and CMU Female Athlete of the Year in 2007. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies and a minor in marketing, Kate moved from Perrysburg, Ohio to Laguna Vista, Texas in 2009 where she worked as the marketing director for a commercial construction company. Kate then moved to Spring, TX and has spent the past six years in medical sales, networking throughout the Houston area. Kate is exuberant in whatever she does and believes her collegiate athletics, experience in medical sales as well as construction marketing have prepared her well for a career in real estate. Meredith attended the University of Rhode Island where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with a Minor in Marketing. She began her career as a Dental Hygienist and then moved into the Dental Sales industry. A decade in sales provided the opportunity for Meredith to develop a strong aptitude for negotiation and to sharpen her sales skills. Her transition to real estate was natural for her as her skillset and vibrant personality make her a joy to work with.

Married to her loving and supportive husband, Billy, since 2006, they share two wonderful children, Jack and Stella. The Lucas' enjoy travelling together, camping, family movie nights, and entertaining family and friends. Meredith is an active volunteer at her childrens' schools. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts and exploring fashion and home dcor.

My family relocated to the Magnolia and Conroe Texas area 15+ years ago. I have since fallen in love with the entire area. The location is wonderful, we are a stones throw from The Woodlands which offers first rate restaurants, great shopping, beautiful parks, medical care and so much more. We are still close enough to Houston to work or just pop into town for the day to shop, eat, catch a show, a Astro's game or go to the Medical Center. At my house my favorite time of day is the evening. It is so peaceful, I've even seen some fire flies lighting up the evening air. A walk in the moonlight is breath taking and transforming.
