Erin Nave has been a Houston resident for almost 40 years. She grew up on the North side where she excelled at sports, and has lived in each quadrant of the city. Erin studied honors courses in high school and she graduated top 10% of her class, went on to study Sociology, Psychology and Business at Texas A&M. She has been an office manager, LMT, and Instructor. Real Estate is Erin's passion and she is very knowledgeable about Houston and surrounding areas.

After 7 years of teaching middle school math, she pursued real estate with a passion in short term rentals and property investment. Laurie Harrington is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent at REMAX The Woodlands & Spring and a member of the MWT Realty Team. She is experienced in both commercial and residential transactions. In addition, she has 9 years of investment and property management experience and 18 years of International Corporate HR and Recruiting Management experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
