I am a resident of Conroe for over 18 years. I am here to provide the highest degree of service, expertise, confidentiality, responsiveness, and courtesy. On a personal note, I am originally from Moscow, Russia! I studied in Moscow State Linguistic University. I speak both English and Russian fluently. I enjoy travelling, tasting new foods, making friends, spending my time with my family and 2 boxer dogs. My husband and I have multiple kids we are proud of: 3 College students, 1 - in US Navy for about 6 years, and a couple of them still at Home attending school. I am excited about building strong relationships with my clients, getting to know them and learn their real estate goals, become familiar with what is the most important to them. I have experience in foreclosure/ auction transactions, land, condos, investment homes, representing sellers and buyers, including foreign sellers and first-time home buyers. I have 20 + years of experience as a business professional working with domestic and international companies. I am analytical, meticulous, and possess a strong work ethic. I was born in the Montgomery County area where I also married and raised a family. I have sold and bought homes as a consumer and understand the importance of education, guidance, and customer service a realtor should offer to his/her clients. Therefore, I strive to keep my clients well-informed during the entire buying/selling process while delivering top level customer service.

I understand the stress and struggles of moving, especially with kids. As a child growing up in a military family, we moved every two to three years. As an adult with children, we moved from Corpus Christi to New Jersey to Corpus Christi to The Woodlands. With a one year old and a six year old, husband working out of town and sometimes out of state, the struggle was real.

Once we made our final move in The Woodlands, I continued working in education for Conroe ISD. I have worked in public and private schools for twenty years, with ten years in Conroe ISD as an Assistant Principal at the high school level.

My child is a student with Conroe ISD, and has participated in soccer and is now dancing at a local studio. We occasionally participate in pageants in Texas.

Gary is no stranger to challenges. Gary was born and grew up in Cali, Colombia South America. Gary attended Colegio Bolivar and graduated from high school in 1977 in Gruver, Texas. Gary then attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and received a degree in Marketing-Management in 1981, which prepared him for his life long career in sales. Gary has continuously excelled as a top producer with every company he has represented.

Recently Gary was awarded the top producer award for setting a company record in the company's 30 years.

Gary lives and works in The Woodlands with his wife Cara who is also a Realtor. They have two children, Daughter Caroline, is attending Baylor University. Son Chase, attends Texas A&M University and is majoring in business and became a licensed Realtor in 2015 to help the family business.

Born and raised in Texas, I have called Houston home since 1995. I graduated from The University of Houston in 1998. I immediately began my career in the field of early childhood education. For 25 years, I helped build & lead an education company that grew to partner with hundreds of schools and organizations in Houston and the surrounding areas. In 2018, I moved to The Woodlands with my two amazing kids. Living in The Woodlands inspired me to expand my careers goals into the world of real estate.
