I have made Houston my home for almost 30 years. I moved here to open the office for an environmental engineering company and never looked back. As an experienced Professional Engineer and Project Manager, I joined the energy sector to develop software and hardware systems. I decided to be an entrepreneur and worked with a startup followed by purchasing and operating a hospitality company. There we created a destination service and real estate brokerage that led me to the Real Estate industry, where I am now operating as an Realtor, Investor and Advisor. She has consistently been recognized and awarded as a Top Producer since 2013. Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2010, Nicole's experience was in new home sales. She has a solid knowledge of construction and remodel methods. She feels this uniquely positions her to help buyers looking for resale, new construction or a remodel in any market! Her husband has successfully worked in the Home building industry since 2001 and is also a proud decorated combat Veteran who served with the 2nd Ranger Battalion in Ft. Lewis Washington. Her son is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Science and is in Industrial Commercial Construction in California. Her daughter is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and the University of North Texas Health Science Center with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She and her husband (a Pediatrician) live in North Carolina. Nicole loves traveling, photography and her dogs Apple & Deuce.

Kenda is a licensed broker and the owner of her own full service residential real estate brokerage company, Bing Daniel Realty. With a background as a Montgomery County probation officer, paralegal with major corporations and law firms, coupled with working for her home builder father for years, Kenda offers her clients the perfect mix of excellent and experienced customer service along with the negotiation skills needed for a successful real estate transaction. After 33 years with the Houston Police department, and being retired for 2 1/2 years, I decided to launch a new career as a real estate agent. I missed the joy I felt in helping people.
