Tiffany Pervan (Njoku) is a native Houstonian, self-proclaimed foodie, and very active in community service.She graduated from Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions, has a Bachelors from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Tiffany's experience hasn't always been in real estate but she has always been deeply involved in serving others. She uses the skills she learned as a Community Development Specialist for Microsoft and as a Software Implementation Project Manager to help her clients. She currently serves as a leader over two volunteer projects with the Junior League of Houston as well as a mentor for the SURE program at the University of Houston.

As a technology project manager and community activist, Tiffany stays abreast of technology solutions and local events throughout the greater Houston area. In addition to researching the best homes for you her knowledge of the city will help find you the perfect location. Additionally, Tiffany LOVES to negotiate and will put her skills to use to get you a great deal!

Tiffany is married to her amazing husband, Almir, who shares her affinity for great food. Together they scour the city in search of great new restaurants and cool places to host a wedding.

Tiffany became an agent to "be the change she wished to see" by providing true value to her clients.

Since she was young, Muei (pronounced May) has had a deep affection for real estate. Her journey in this field began by assisting various corporations in finding the perfect spaces for their offices or expanding their businesses. She further broadened her expertise by engaging in residential property transactions, including buying, renovating, and selling houses, especially in the thriving market of Silicon Valley, California.

Muei is happily married and has a daughter who attends elementary school. She cherishes strong family values, and when the 2020 pandemic struck, she and her family made the decision to relocate from California in search of the ideal place to raise their daughter. After an extensive search across the country, they ultimately chose The Woodlands as they realized it was one of the finest locations in the country for family life.

Continuing her real estate journey, Muei acquired properties in The Woodlands, enabling her to assist others in discovering, purchasing, selling, or relocating within this remarkable area. After graduating with a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University in College Station, I worked several positions where I planned, coordinated, and implemented community classes and programs for major medical institutions before migrating to a career in real estate. These positions helped refine my people, business, and organization skills which have only served to benefit the clients I work with today.
