Elise is a native Texan and graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After graduating from UT, Elise moved to Houston and began a career in Finance. She accepted a position at Invesco (formerly AIM Investments) one of the nation's premier investment companies. Her early success led to an opportunity in marketing for Landmark Graphics, a software development company in oil & gas exploration, now part of Halliburton. Her corporate experience provided a unique combination of finance and marketing skills that created a natural transition into real estate. Elise draws upon that experience every day. To be truly successful, you must have passion in what you do. Elise's passion for real estate is surpassed only by her passion for people. And helping people is what she attributes the most to her success, not only as an agent, but now as the manager for Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene in The Woodlands.

I'm a born and raised Texan from Fort Worth. My studies took me to Arizona (ASU) and then across the pond to Regensberg, Germany. After college, life took me to many places to visit and live all over the United States, other Continents, and I have the travel bug and love new frontiers. That is why no matter where I go, I always come home to Texas. Demi Turner is an active real estate agent born and raised in a small community north of Houston. She lived on 65 acres near the Sam Houston National Forest about 20 minutes southwest of Huntsville, TX. She graduated from Huntsville High School and earned a scholarship to play softball at The University of Alabama ROLL TIDE! In 2018, she graduated from Bama, but not before becoming an All-American softball player and getting the opportunity to play in the Women's College World Series on multiple occasions. After graduation, Demi decided to move back to her home state of Texas where she began her private company and real estate career.

Demi's grandparents were Greek immigrants who came to America in 1952 through Ellis Island. Through their relationship, they taught her that success takes hard work, resiliency, sacrifice, integrity, and grit. A graduate in Economics and Business from The University of Texas, Parker has been practicing real estate as a licensed agent for over 6 years and is an active investor with property in Austin and Houston. In 2016, Parker and his wife, Michelle, moved back to The Woodlands from their home in Austin to join The Kink Team. With his background in sales and business management, he currently oversees operations on The Kink Team while actively selling. As lead recruiter for The Kink Team, he is constantly on the lookout for talented individuals with a limitless mindset to grow with them. An adventurer at heart, Parker has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, completed the Ironman, and is already looking forward to the next challenge.
