My name is Delia Bracamonte. I came from El Salvador with my family in 2016 and I'm extremely excited to start my own business in Texas and do what I love to do! Helping people who become friends, find what they need.

Having previously lived in West University and Bellaire for 10 years and currently residing in The Woodlands for the past 16 years, Kelly has a vast knowledge of the greater Houston area and is eager to share her love of the city and far-reaching expertise with all of her clients. Kelly states, "I have raised my family in The Woodlands and have always strived to be a role model in community service for them. Fulfilling various leadership roles within these groups has also allowed me to gain skills that are beneficial to my professional life, in addition to allowing me to support the organizations that are closest to my heart."

Kelly earned a BBA in economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has three wonderful children whom she regards as her proudest achievements. When not working, Kelly enjoys travel, reading, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Emily graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana State University with a degree in business. She resides in The Woodlands, where she can often be found chasing after her two very busy young sons. Weekends are spent watching her boys play sports, riding bikes along nearby trails and baking for family and friends.

Debi specializes in The Woodlands and has been a resident there for the past 31 years. A Houstonian since the age of 5 allows her to knowledgeably represent buyers also throughout the Houston area. Although originally licensed in 1979, she took a 20 year hiatus to work an 8-5 job, raise family and continue her higher education. She has been back full time in residential real estate sales since 2011.
