My family has lived in Texas for over 20 years. My husband and I have raised a daughter in The Woodland and we are thankful for all the wonderful things we have experienced in the great state of Texas. Having lived in other parts of the country, I find that The Woodlands and surrounding areas have a lot to offer. Meeting your needs is of the utmost importance to get you the right home for you.

Jannelle Marie Flores is native from Puerto Rico, and moved to Houston, Texas in 2014. Since 2017, she has been working as a Real Estate Agent focused on assisting first time home buyers, sellers, investors and families looking to rent a home. Her main responsibility as Real Estate Agent is to listen carefully, provided updated information based on market conditions, write and review forms and contracts, and guide her clients during each step of the transaction. She believes that good communication is an important key to keep the trust in any relationship. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree studies in Social Work, Jannelle can relate and understand any situation when it comes to home buying, home selling, investing or leasing a property. She believes that each real estate investment is a big and important commitment that can be challenging but at the same time, can be extremely rewarding. In 2018, she became certified as Real Estate Professional for Veterans Association for Home Ownership under Armed Forces of the United States of America. Gary Matt Childs provides genuine leadership and an extensive knowledge of sales and marketing with a proven record of success. As General Manager at Real Property Management Republic, he incorporates the leadership training and sales closing techniques gained from nearly 20 years of experience in the retail sales field to help clients maximize their real estate investments. He brings with him in-depth sales and leadership training. Some of the courses he found most beneficial are: Steve Mulvaney's Executive Development Course, High Impact Leadership provided by the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Dale Carnegie Course. His training as a business leader began at The University of Texas at Tyler where he studied Business Management, while at the same time, worked in a family business which inspired him to become a businessman. These experiences and training combined with determination to be the best in the industry and his desire to lead others to their peak performance position him to lead and succeed at the highest level.

I understand the stress and struggles of moving, especially with kids. As a child growing up in a military family, we moved every two to three years. As an adult with children, we moved from Corpus Christi to New Jersey to Corpus Christi to The Woodlands. With a one year old and a six year old, husband working out of town and sometimes out of state, the struggle was real.

Once we made our final move in The Woodlands, I continued working in education for Conroe ISD. I have worked in public and private schools for twenty years, with ten years in Conroe ISD as an Assistant Principal at the high school level.

My child is a student with Conroe ISD, and has participated in soccer and is now dancing at a local studio. We occasionally participate in pageants in Texas.
