My passion is helping my clients reach their expected goals. My other passion is to work with my hands; I graduated from UB as a Mechanical Engineer. Before the Engineering bug bit me I was going to be an Architect because I love construction and creating beautiful spaces.






This love of working with my hands translated to home remodeling. When I moved to The Woodlands in the Summer of '87, the day after I bought my first home in Grogan's Mill, I ripped out the entire downstairs and proceeded to remodel it for the next year and a half and because I was on a tight budget, I did all the work myself and learned the hard way through sweat, blood, and tears. Anything you can think of that can be done inside or outside of a house I've pretty much done it!






Over the years my wife and I have owned fifteen properties so far to either live in or as an investment and all were remodeled lightly or extensively. I know that with this experience I can help my clients differentiate themselves from the rest when listing or buying a property with me.

I believe each person should have access to clear, immediately useful information. When buying and selling properties, there is no substitute for broad market and relevant local information. From Tracy's childhood home in St. Louis, Missouri, to the suburbs of Chicago and finally to the Houston area with her own family, her relocation experiences created the excitement and passion for her career as a Realtor. Tracy, her husband and their three children are proud to call the Houston area their home. She believes that relationships are the foundation for everything and applies that thinking when working with clients. Previous to her career in real estate, Tracy's passion included serving her community as an educator for over 18 years. The experience she gained as an educator and the relationships she was able to build provided Tracy with an intimate understanding of the surrounding school districts and she can now share that expertise with her clientele.
