Southeast Texas has been home to me for over 45 years. I have witnessed this area of Texas blossom into an area where families raise their children, young adults come for opportunities, and businesses excel and thrive as industry leaders. Immediately following graduation from Texas A&M University, I worked within the mortgage financing industry. My extensive mortgage lending experience is the additional sharp tool I bring for my clients. Gary Matt Childs provides genuine leadership and an extensive knowledge of sales and marketing with a proven record of success. As General Manager at Real Property Management Republic, he incorporates the leadership training and sales closing techniques gained from nearly 20 years of experience in the retail sales field to help clients maximize their real estate investments. He brings with him in-depth sales and leadership training. Some of the courses he found most beneficial are: Steve Mulvaney's Executive Development Course, High Impact Leadership provided by the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Dale Carnegie Course. His training as a business leader began at The University of Texas at Tyler where he studied Business Management, while at the same time, worked in a family business which inspired him to become a businessman. These experiences and training combined with determination to be the best in the industry and his desire to lead others to their peak performance position him to lead and succeed at the highest level.

When top-listing and selling agent Glenda became a Realtor in 1976, she thought she was taking on a part-time job while her oldest son was in school. It didn't take her long to figure out that real estate is a full-time job, and one she excelled at. She says, I enjoy working with people, not paperwork!

Key to Glenda’s success is her knowledge and expertise. In addition to earning her Broker’s license early in her career, she continues to study her industry to stay on-top of her business and The Woodlands and Houston markets.

In addition to her business partner, Kevin, she is the mother to another son, Keith, and a grandmother to four girls. Glenda enjoys spending time reading, traveling, socializing with friends, and spending time with family. Glenda and her late husband Glenn enjoyed road-tripping in national and state parks indulging in hiking and taking in the outdoors.

Glenda knows that every chance she has to work with new and different people enhances her life. She stays very involved in her community at church previously as a council member and now a member of the personnel committee.
