Our mission does not stop there because animal needs closely follow our clients. Woodrow was my first rescue pup and he's now one of five total. My house has no shortage of wet kisses, barking, and tail wags. It goes without saying that Rescue & Real Estate are my passion. As a third generation Texan, I carry the pride of the lone-star state on my sleeve. Born in Houston a long, long time ago, I have moved as far north/northeast "Houston" as the Kingwood/Atascocita area in 1995. Then lastly to the Huffman area since 2001 where my 3 children grew up, graduated high school and I'm proud to say, so far, 2 of the three have graduated college. My third one is getting close!

I have begun my first steps as an empty-nester. Like many people, I am trying to decide what to do next, when to do it and how. Do we stay in the big house or move to downsize? What about the grand kids?

I appreciate and understand all of these dilemmas.

On the other hand, having young, adult, employed children and their friends needing their first home, I am involved with the joys, excitement and responsibilities of becoming a first-time home buyer. It's so much fun!

What is my forte in real estate? This question comes up often. I think it's the diversity that comes with all parts of buying and selling your first home, you last home, and/or your in between home. And let's not forget the fun of having your dream home built from the ground up. How could I choose to specialize in one area over the other? After almost 20 years experience, I still like to do it all. Being a Realtor is rewarding and sometimes a little challenging but always worth it.

Francesca feels that todays homeowner needs to be in-the-know to find that perfect home. She utilizes a variety of online marketing tools, professional staging, and open houses to attract the mainstream homebuyers. In addition, Francesca uses her local presence, network and online presence to focus on the homes you are looking for as well as selling. In addition to all that, she is a native Houstonian, which has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. Her background in finance enables her to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the complex real estate transaction process.
