Precious obtained her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Science Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and served the students and community of Humble ISD as a science educator for several years. As an educator, she quickly learned how to serve and meet the needs of a widely diverse people.
In real estate transactions, Precious still considers herself as an educator. She maintains an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the market and ensures her clients are aware and educated of all the key factors through their transactional process so that they can make informed decisions. Precious's ongoing goals are to connect the right sellers and buyers to maximize the experience for whichever party she is representing. Precious and her husband have a toddler son who keeps them busy and on their toes. Together, they enjoy visiting parks, eateries, traveling, and serving at their church. She loves teaching the youth and adults at her church about the word of God and building their faith. Together, they also enjoy watching the Astros baseball team hit "home" runs. I am a native Houstonian and I grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Sam Houston State University, I moved to Houston and began a 19 year sales and marketing career. During this time I gained extensive market knowledge of the Houston inner loop, Houston Heights, Galleria, Memorial, River Oaks, Upper Kirby, The Woodlands and Spring areas. This experience was the perfect segue to my next career path. Shortly after, I began working for a real estate developer and became a licensed realtor. My passion for real estate grew from there.
I enjoy meeting new people, building long lasting relationships and helping guide my clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives. I believe the most important thing a real estate agent can bring to their clients is market expertise, stellar communication and a strong work ethic.
In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. I am also a runner and a yoga enthusiast.
