    Tim worked in the Lake Conroe area until 1996 when he was hired to help build sales in the Fulshear development of Weston Lakes. He sold lots and acreage along with assisting clients in finding the best builder for their criteria. He also was very successful in resale homes, new construction and large acreage tracts.

    Since 2002 he has been concentrating on the commercial side of real estate and has done a plethora of commercial transactions, both leases and sales.
