I am a resident of the Southeast Texas community for many years, and I have proven to be a great asset to real estate professionals looking to enhance their real estate careers. Combined with a wealth of knowledge about the community, real estate buying, selling, and investing, my passion for helping others, tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and unmatched professionalism continuously exceeds clients' and partners expectations. As a team leader I take pride in clear, consistent communication with my team. Whether listening intently to their wants and needs, educating them about the current market trends, or keeping them informed through training and development, communication is key. In addition, I have been in real estate since 2008. I once served as an REO agent for a large mortgage company. I have overseen a real estate branch as an operations capacity for 6 years, so I've seen the good, bad, and ugly. I have also created a brand called Mike DeLuna Empowers that educates and encourages business owners to be the best version of themselves possible. I have a business spotlight podcast and am a public speaker, real estate coach, trainer, and Toastmaster member. Moreover, this experience has also led to excellent working relationships with some of the most reputable real estate professionals in the area. As a result, my clients and agents on my team are in the most capable hands throughout the process and their careers.

You may have noticed the somewhat ordinary name I have but let me assure you there is nothing ordinary about my service. I am a native Houstonian and I grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Sam Houston State University, I moved to Houston and began a 19 year sales and marketing career. During this time I gained extensive market knowledge of the Houston inner loop, Houston Heights, Galleria, Memorial, River Oaks, Upper Kirby, The Woodlands and Spring areas. This experience was the perfect segue to my next career path. Shortly after, I began working for a real estate developer and became a licensed realtor. My passion for real estate grew from there.

I enjoy meeting new people, building long lasting relationships and helping guide my clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives. I believe the most important thing a real estate agent can bring to their clients is market expertise, stellar communication and a strong work ethic.

In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. I am also a runner and a yoga enthusiast.

Whitney's background includes being a Mom to 5 children, raising them in a single-parent household, and creating and running a business for over 20 years in the housing industry. She managed her construction company with strong leadership and intense coordination and negotiation where it was necessary to deliver services that consistently exceeded the customers' expectations.
