Born and raised in Houston, Texas. Tammy LaMarr is an expert on the city and all the wonderful amenities and prospects it has to offer. A fifth generation Texan, Carolyn knows a thing or two about the Lone Star State and has been sharing her knowledge and a dose of Southern charm with clients since 1982. A Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR), Carolyn works well with all buyers, but welcomes listings as well. Her career has focused on the successful marketing and sales of country properties, ranches, and acreage as well as vacation and second homes, new home sales and resales. While venturing into real estate, Carolyn lived and worked part time on her family’s historical Texas ranch where she helped out with everything from entertaining to bookkeeping, docent to antique sales. Carolyn is an active member of the Houston, Texas, and National Associations of Realtors®. She also belongs to the Valley Lodge Trailriders Association and is an eligible member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and the Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT).
