Born in Danville, Illinois, and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, Jo Anne and her husband, Troy, purchased their first home in The Woodlands in 1996. She feels great pride and humility to serve others in this dynamic and charitable community.

Troy and Jo Anne's pride and joy are their two kids, Ella and Grant. Aside from spending quality time with her family, Jo Anne enjoys cooking, traveling, reading biographies, college football, and home design.

Kelly states, "I have raised my family in The Woodlands and have always strived to be a role model in community service for them. Fulfilling various leadership roles within these groups has also allowed me to gain skills that are beneficial to my professional life, in addition to allowing me to support the organizations that are closest to my heart."

Kelly earned a BBA in economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has three wonderful children whom she regards as her proudest achievements. When not working, Kelly enjoys travel, reading, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
