Amassing sales of almost a quarter of a billion dollars to date, Marilyn Carson's real estate career began in 1997 as the first agent to join Beth Ferester's new mentor program launched at Ferester & Company in Houston, Texas. Marilyn and her husband reside in Creekside Park in The Woodlands, TX. Marilyn has two fantastic children and through all of her success is most proud to be GiGi to her grandsons Colin and Liam.
