Carla Castellanos was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. She relocated to Dallas, TX in 2007 to pursue her career as a Financial Analyst. In the summer of 2014, she relocated to London, UK with her husband to focus on raising her family. She moved back to the US in 2017, this time calling Houston, TX home. She lives with her husband and three children and in her spare time she enjoys helping and being part of her community and is an active member of Junior League of The Woodlands. She was awarded Keller Williams Signature Rookie of the Year in 2022 after completing $3.5M in sales volume during her first year as a Real Estate agent. Having lived in four different cities across three countries, she understands the challenges faced when relocating and is passionate about helping others find a place they can call home. Iowa was the state I called home throughout my childhood. Good values, good neighbors and I feel fortunate to have had a Midwest upbringing.

With a lot of connections to Texas through family, education, business and long time friends, my goal eventually centered on becoming part of the greater Houston community. In 2005, I was fortunate enough to move, with my family of five children, to the Woodlands, Texas. Aside from raising a large family and all that entails, I wanted to be involved in the local projects that benefit those that needed a "hand up". I decided my focus would be on charities and family funding raising opportunities, and I have been involved in Angel Tree and Montgomery County Women's Shelter/Youth Services for many years.

I have dabbled in home renovations up until 4 years ago, when I decided to further my career and obtain my Real Estate license. Since then I have had the honor of representing first time buyers/sellers, luxury buyers/sellers, repeat clients and referrals.

A few of my accomplishments include: Top Individual Listing Agent in Brokerage, Top 10 in Closed Volume, Top 10 in Listing Volume and Top 10 in Listing Units.
