Tamatha Mayfield was born and raised in Houston. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She also is a Military Wife and has traveled the world. While stationed in Connecticut where she resided for a little over 10 years she became a licensed real estate agent in 2012. She spent ten years in the Oil and Gas field until her path took a major turn and she moved to Germany due to her Husband's Military orders. Prior to real estate, I spent 20+ years in corporate, most of which was with ExxonMobil. My job roles in Knowledge Management, Recruiting and IT required me to be detailed oriented and tech savvy as well as have great negotiating and communication. These experiences have provided me with valuable and transferrable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing my client's listings.

In my free time, you'll often find me volunteering in the community, traveling and enjoying time with my friends and family, especially my loving husband and adorable Yellow Labrador, Emmie.

Jessica was born in New Mexico but spent the better portion of her life living in Nevada. Looking to start a career, she began working in sales and accumulated over 12 years in the customer service industry. Jessica then moved to Hawaii where she continued to hone her skills in leadership, time management, and problem-solving within the hospitality industry. She currently lives in Conroe, Texas; and, is ready to start a new challenge. Recently becoming a homeowner in this market, Jessica knows the needs and wants of the buyer and that time is crucial.
