Born and raised in Houston, I am an enthusiast for the unique lifestyle that Houston affords its residents. After more than 20-years on the Property Management side of the Real Estate Industry from managing major construction projects up and down the front-range as well as helping residents pursue the rental/purchase of their new homes along with the role of a Property Manager has brought a wealth of knowledge. I also worked with GMAC Mortgage as a licensed loan officer in Texas. Additionally, I worked in the role of a New Construction Sales Counselor in the Cinco Ranch, The Woodlands and the Cypress area building new homes for five years in master planned communities, and local neighborhoods. Upon a successful venture in these endeavors, I decided to move to the other side of the table and pursued my real estate license. With my local roots and diverse knowledge about many different types of homes, I can provide invaluable knowledge to my real estate clients.

When I am not hard at work helping people find the right apartment or home, I love spending time with family, our fur babies and friends. As a family we enjoy grilling out, gardening and watching the Astros deliver a beat down on the field.

John Cox is part of the Lucky Money Krewe! He is the Iron Man at our office. No, really, in addition to being a real estate professional, John is an NCCER Certified Ironworker!!! John is a single father of 3 young ladies. He somehow manages to care for his girls, home schools them and takes the time to teach them life skills like cooking, cleaning, and ethics. I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years in both Residential and Commercial. I've carried many administrative roles giving me extensive knowledge of the Texas Real Estate contracts. Management in both Commercial and Residential leasing and sales. A native Texan who grew up in Texas City, TX a refinery town along the Gulf of Mexico. After middle school my family relocated to the Humble/Kingwood area where my Mother worked for the state. After graduating Kingwood High School I met my husband Mike and gave birth to my beautiful daughter. I attended Lone Star for Money Management, Rice University for Commercial Real Estate and Champions School of Real Estate. I started in the Real Estate industry at the young age of 19 in the foot steps of my older sister who is in Commercial Management. In 2006 we relocated to Colorado where I attended Van ED Real Estate and was certified. Originally from Tulsa, Leslie Nicholls is the daughter of a world respected Orthodontist/Inventor and his wife, a renowned Interior Designer and Restauranteur. Heavily influence by their accomplishments, Leslie followed her dreams by starting an International Orthodontic Laboratory at the age of 21.

She traveled the country and world teaching Orthodontists how to use her patented technique. Influenced by her parents, she had always had a love for Design. Growing up, many of their family homes were featured in Bon Appetit, Country Home and Garden, Better Homes and Gardens, Southern Living, and Oklahoma Home and Garden.

After 8 years in Orthodontics, Leslie sold her Lab and moved to Aspen, CO where she was the Design Coordinator and Business Administrator for a top Interior Designer. She went on to study Interior Design at Guildhall University's School of Design in England. After a few years in the Design World, she was accepted to UMKC School of Dentistry where she was the Vice President of her Dental Class.

In 1997, her husband was relocated, and they moved to Ft. Lauderdale, where she became a Realtor and worked for the top boutique Real Estate firm in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. After honing her skills in one of the toughest international/Vacation markets in the country, she moved to Houston, where she has lived for the past 16 years. Leslie knows Houston!
