I first got involved in Real Estate in 2005 via FIX & FLIPS and Sales; and never looked back. In the past I owned a Real Estate Investment Business in Louisiana. My main role was to study the market and find the right deals for investments. With an impressive Track Record, and outstanding ROI; I mastered the strategy of finding the right deals, and creating the most value and squeezing every ounce of equity out of the asset. I also have an MBA in International Marketing as well as a Bachelors in Business.

She has a degree in Communications & Marketing from the University of Dayton in Ohio. After working in marketing for multiple businesses, hospitals and a university, Mary Ann applies those same principles to marketing the homes of her clients.
