David was raised in a small town, population ~3300. As a child, David had aspirations of being a mechanic and race car driver. He would take everything apart just to see how it worked. Never once did he think he would stumble into the real estate industry, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life. He has been in the Houston area since 1991. This story perfectly sums up the kind of person / agent David is, and the type of agent he continuously strives to be for his clients. David was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what he did. And he worked hard, and works hard. As the years went by, David worked his way from 12 hour shifts as a gas station attendant at 15, various other jobs, graduated from University of Missouri Columbia, worked in the oilfield, became a business owner, investor in real estate, Real Estate agent, and now he is a Broker for Patrons Realty, all the while never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. When he first ventured into the Real Estate industry years ago, he did so, helping sellers avoid the headaches often associated with the home selling process. In his years of experience, not only has he helped alleviate the stress of selling for numerous clients, but he also accumulated years of knowledge to help them get more money for their homes in the least amount of time. His mission in Real Estate is to be completely committed to his clients. He provides honest answers free of bias, complete integrity providing the clients with the best service available to maximize the value of their dollars. Brenda Olson and her family have been grateful to call The Woodlands, Texas home since 2014. Brenda gives back to her community as an Adjunct Math Professor at Lone Star College. She is also very involved with multiple charities including the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, the VCFS Education Foundation and the Montgomery County Women's Shelter. The Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund provides scholarships to Veterans and family members, particularly children of our nation's fallen and disabled soldiers. The VCFS (Velo Cardio Facial Syndrome) Educational Foundation educates people and individuals with VCFS/22.q.11 Syndrome about the genetic disorder. Brenda's volunteer efforts keep her engaged with the community and she donates a portion of her real estate commissions to these charities.

Brenda really loves the relational aspect of being a real estate agent and finds it gratifying when she can support a person, couple or family with the biggest financial decision they might make in their lives.
