Alicia began her career in real estate in 2007. She first became motivated to get her license following a very poor experience with an agent she used for a previous home purchase. Throughout the process she felt uniformed and was left to stumble through the process alone. How could this be she wondered? The purchase of this home was such a big event in her life and yet she felt like she was just a number to the agent she had hired to represent her. She knew right then that it could be done better. Way better! And doing it better became her motivation. All these years later her motivation has only grown stronger. Fueled by the happiness she witnesses firsthand with each transaction she strives to bring the absolute best experience to each and every one of her clients. Alicia's goal is for every client of hers to become a client for life. While the goal may seem a bit lofty Alicia believes that goal should be the standard. She's passionate about the connections she builds with her clients and she seeks to build connections that last. She truly loves what she does and she cherishes each opportunity she has to lead her clients through their real estate journey. As a resident of Spring, she has intimate knowledge of the north Houston real estate market and is well versed in the latest housing trends in the area. Welcome! As a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Interior Design, clients and their homes have always held a special interest for me. Through design, I have developed an ability to listen to the needs of my client and translate those needs into the home buying and selling process!
In the early 90's, my family and I were relocated to a very small Texas town. Needless to say, it was no place for an aspiring Interior Design consultant. So, I did the next best thing...started working for a local builder! Through this experience, I gained a knowledge of construction, marketing, sales and the new home process.
Over the next five years, I continued to work hard and take care of my clients and associates. My business grew until the next logical step was to take my experience, dedication and work ethic out on my own. That is when I went back to school and received my Real Estate license.
Since then, I have also completed the Certified Negotiation Expert training and most recently have been announced TOP PRODUCER in 2018 for my office. As your Realtor, I will apply the knowledge I have acquired over the past 14 years to represent you and your family with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
As a native Houstonian, Cheri is able to help her clients navigate the ever-changing housing market all over the Houston area. I am DeAnn Morales team lead of the Morales Home Team, a group of individuals that know this crazy market well.
