When top-listing and selling agent Glenda became a Realtor in 1976, she thought she was taking on a part-time job while her oldest son was in school. It didn't take her long to figure out that real estate is a full-time job, and one she excelled at. She says, I enjoy working with people, not paperwork!

Key to Glenda’s success is her knowledge and expertise. In addition to earning her Broker’s license early in her career, she continues to study her industry to stay on-top of her business and The Woodlands and Houston markets.

In addition to her business partner, Kevin, she is the mother to another son, Keith, and a grandmother to four girls. Glenda enjoys spending time reading, traveling, socializing with friends, and spending time with family. Glenda and her late husband Glenn enjoyed road-tripping in national and state parks indulging in hiking and taking in the outdoors.

Glenda knows that every chance she has to work with new and different people enhances her life. She stays very involved in her community at church previously as a council member and now a member of the personnel committee. Originally born and raised in San Jose, California, I relocated to Houston, TX in 1999. While in California I was a mortgage loan officer until 1997. In the late 90's, at the age of 23, I opened my first online business. At the time, the internet in most people's minds was America Online. I created and designed my first website for my company, Personalized Chocolate, LLC., located at www.gocandy.com where it still operates today almost 20 years later. ABOUT ME?? I'm deeply invested in our communities & am blessed to give back as a volunteer. For 18 years, I've been involved with Spring ISD district events. I was President of my son's elementary, middle & high school PTO because I KNOW supporting our teachers, admin & schools is essential in our children's success.

For 8 years, I have also been a Director for the Houston Police Family Support Unit. We help HPD officers injured on duty, provide financial support, fundraising, unite the community with our blue family & also take the kids of our fallen HPD officers on an annual Christmas shopping spree.

Fun times? I LOVE shooting competitively & find it such a challenging activity. I'm the Texas rep for a fantastic holster company that creates custom, quality work for any weapons.

I am living in my Bonus Dias. Why, you ask? I should have died 16 years ago when I broke 3 bones in my neck from a bad car accident. Doctors said I'd not be able to walk again due to the severity of the spinal damage. Demi Turner is an active real estate agent born and raised in a small community north of Houston. She lived on 65 acres near the Sam Houston National Forest about 20 minutes southwest of Huntsville, TX. She graduated from Huntsville High School and earned a scholarship to play softball at The University of Alabama ROLL TIDE! In 2018, she graduated from Bama, but not before becoming an All-American softball player and getting the opportunity to play in the Women's College World Series on multiple occasions. After graduation, Demi decided to move back to her home state of Texas where she began her private company and real estate career.

Demi's grandparents were Greek immigrants who came to America in 1952 through Ellis Island. Through their relationship, they taught her that success takes hard work, resiliency, sacrifice, integrity, and grit.
