I moved to The Woodlands in 2002 from Austin, TX in pursuit of love and better job prospects! Lucky for me, both worked out! My wife and I married in 2004 and began building our life together. The Woodlands offered many great opportunities for both personal and professional growth and we quickly integrated into the local community, volunteering regularly at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. I have also been involved with many great local organizations including Veggie Village, CASA, Montgomery County Food Bank, Interfaith and The Woodlands Township. We purchased our first investment property in 2010 and the seeds of our interest in real estate were firmly planted. My wife Debra became a REALTOR® in 2018 and after 20+ years in corporate positions focused on data analysis, business development and client relationship management, I decided to make the jump as well, joining her to help form Sagebird Realty Group. I enjoy yoga, walking my dogs, gardening, hiking and generally spending as much time as possible outside.

A real estate professional is needed when there are so many things to consider, both before and after entering into a real estate transaction. Here's a little bit about us: We are a real estate team that will work tirelessly to promote your best interest. Between us, we have 2 daughters, 2 sons, 2 sons-in-law and 1 granddaughter. We enjoy hunting, fishing and traveling. Tina was born in Louisiana, raised in Fort Worth and moved to East Texas in 2010 with her husband, Jeff. She worked for Kenneth Copeland Ministries for 10 years in the Television department. She graduated from Jerry Savelle's School of World Evangelism in 1995 and has been in sales for more than 20+ years. Before getting into real estate, Tina worked for two erosion control companies before starting her own business in 2009 where she owned and operated Alpha Erosion Products until selling in 2017. Jeff was born and raised in Henderson, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M in 1985 with an environmental degree. He worked as a taxidermist while in college and after graduating, worked for TXU coal mine in the reclamation department for 20+ years. Jeff then started H.A.T. Environmental Services where he installed erosion control products. Jeff has more than 45 years of farm and ranch experience, which makes him an asset to anyone looking to purchase large ranches. He also owns and operates a gun smith shop where he builds custom rifles. Together they own and operate a cattle/hay ranch between Henderson and Kilgore. We serve all of East Texas and nothing is more exciting than the gratifying feeling we get from helping people meet their real estate needs. You can count on us!

Bobbie Persky has been a Texas REALTOR® since 2007, proudly representing buyers and sellers in the Greater Houston Area, encompassing seven counties' real estate markets. Bobbie is a native Houstonian, where she has lived for over 50 years, watching it grow into a vibrant, diverse community where she raised three daughters.

After working in the legal sector for over 30 years, she returned to college in 2006 to pursue an Associate Degree in Real Estate from San Jacinto College, where she was voted Outstanding Real Estate Student of the Year. She continued her education by earning numerous Designations.

During her career, Bobbie has been active in various organizations in the real estate community, including serving as Secretary of the Women's Council of REALTORS Lake Houston Chapter, member of the Houston Association of REALTORS Education Committee, member of the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, and an associate member of the Greater Houston Builders Association. She achieved the Houston Association of REALTORS Top 100 Producers in 2010 and first quarter of 2011. In 2013, Bobbie earned her Brokers License.
