Prior to Real Estate, Liz spent 15 years of her professional career helping business partners manage all aspects of human resources and performance improvement. Liz leveraged her human resources experience to help employers build stronger employee/employer relationships. Liz believes the common thread between real estate and human resources is the ability to drive positive results.

Liz is a native Texan and has been a Houstonian for the better part of 25 years. She earned her BBA from the University of Houston and her MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University. Liz and her family have called The Woodlands home since 2009. They especially enjoy the people, culture, and the many outdoor activities the community has to offer.

Marian brings a wealth of experience in remodeling and staging properties. She honed these skills while helping her husband, who is a builder and a real estate investor in Houston. As she became more involved with many of his properties and projects, Marian decided to become licensed as a Realtor, and is now focused on helping her clients buy and sell investment properties. Marian greatly enjoys being involved with her children's school activities in fund raising and volunteering. Marian and her husband have three boys, and she enjoys spending quality time with her family. She specializes in assisting clients who are relocating to Houston. Marian looks forward to working with luxury home clients, relocations, and first-time home buyers in the communities of Memorial, Tanglewood, Galleria, inner loop and in West Houston.

Scott is a 35-year veteran of the building industry and has served for many years on the Boards of Directors in multiple builders associations at the local, state, and national levels.

His extensive experience in the building industry, on thousands of new home job sites, provides home sellers and home buyers with detailed information about what building materials were used, and which building codes applied when the homes under consideration were constructed. That precise industry knowledge will greatly help market homes to be sold, to maximize the sales price, and help home buyers make the wisest purchasing decisions, which best represent them and their interests. Scott trained builders and contractors how to install products to be code-compliant. He knows what to look for to obtain the maximum value for, and best represent, home sellers and home buyers.

He is a Former Director on the Boards for both the National Association of Home Builders and the Texas Association of Builders, and is a Former Director on the Boards of the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Bay Area Builders Association, the Galveston Area Builders and Remodelers Association, the GHBA Remodelers Council, and the GHBA Sales and Marketing Council. In addition, Scott has chaired numerous committees on the National, State, and Local levels and participates in Congressional visits in Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas.

His professional background includes experience as an entrepreneur, management consultant, inventor, professional development trainer, coach, and mentor.


Scott was inducted into the National Association of Home Builders Society of Honored Associates for 2008, where there were only 99 inductees, throughout the United States, over the previous 26 years. In addition, he was awarded the Greater Houston Builders Association Associate of the Year in 2002 and represented the entire State of Texas as the Nominee for the National Association of Home Builders Associate of the Year in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2013.

Aaron Harris arrived to Texas from North Carolina in 2000. Aaron has over 300 closed sales in Carlton Woods since initiating homesite sales for the Woodlands Development Company.
