She recently earned her professional designation as a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI).

The key to every successful transaction, she says, is good communication between all parties. So, she dedicates herself to remaining in constant contact with clients, informing and preparing them for each step from listing and contract to closing. She believes that real estate is one of the very best investments a family can make, and as a 22-year resident of The Woodlands, can’t imagine living or working anywhere else. She markets properties throughout Montgomery County including The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, and Conroe; but is equally at home showing and selling in Inner Loop Houston.

In addition, Francesca uses her local presence, network and online presence to focus on the homes you are looking for as well as selling. My name is Jennifer Rodriguez-Walker, Real Estate professional for Walzel Properties, LLC, once Texas Home Group Realtors. I enjoy both positions as a Buyer and Seller's Agent and also have experience as a Relocation Specialist. I am a proud wife, mother and grandmother of 8 and I absolutely love my hometown of Houston since I have lived in the suburbs, Spring/Woodlands area, since 1978. In the 1990's I began this journey by answering phones and assisting realtors, in a local real estate office. I fell in love with the process as I watched transactions come together and even fall apart. After getting married and having children I decided to join the team per say and became a realtor! I've been a realtor in Texas since July 2016, and when I am not helping clients I am usually working on one of my personal investment properties.
