Deborah spent several years in a management role for a luxury boutique real estate brokerage. After a successful run of leading that business to triple its sales in a few short years, she wanted to use her strengths to serve property buyers and sellers. She joined her husband, Donald David, who is also a Realtor, to form a thriving real estate practice. Her extensive experience in sales and dispositions of real estate has made her a highly regarded figure in Houston real estate, and as a Team Leader at CB&A, she has become a resource for other agents who want to upskill their negotiation tactics, market knowledge or a multiplicity of other issues that are her strengths. She emphasizes integrity and honesty in every interaction and insists upon those characteristics for all of the agents she manages.
