Meredith attended the University of Rhode Island where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with a Minor in Marketing. She began her career as a Dental Hygienist and then moved into the Dental Sales industry. A decade in sales provided the opportunity for Meredith to develop a strong aptitude for negotiation and to sharpen her sales skills. Her transition to real estate was natural for her as her skillset and vibrant personality make her a joy to work with.
Married to her loving and supportive husband, Billy, since 2006, they share two wonderful children, Jack and Stella. The Lucas' enjoy travelling together, camping, family movie nights, and entertaining family and friends. Meredith is an active volunteer at her childrens' schools. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts and exploring fashion and home dcor.

My passion is helping my clients reach their expected goals. My other passion is to work with my hands; I graduated from UB as a Mechanical Engineer. Before the Engineering bug bit me I was going to be an Architect because I love construction and creating beautiful spaces.
This love of working with my hands translated to home remodeling. When I moved to The Woodlands in the Summer of '87, the day after I bought my first home in Grogan's Mill, I ripped out the entire downstairs and proceeded to remodel it for the next year and a half and because I was on a tight budget, I did all the work myself and learned the hard way through sweat, blood, and tears. Anything you can think of that can be done inside or outside of a house I've pretty much done it!
Over the years my wife and I have owned fifteen properties so far to either live in or as an investment and all were remodeled lightly or extensively. I know that with this experience I can help my clients differentiate themselves from the rest when listing or buying a property with me.
Shawn's passion for buying and selling homes began as a real estate investor in 2006. In 1996, Shawn started out his journey as an entrepreneur which has enabled him to gain experience with business management, marketing, customer service, and negotiation skills. His background in business ownership and real estate investing allow him to provide his clients with expertise and confidence towards their decision of buying, selling or investing. He graduated college with honors with a major in music. In his personal time, Shawn enjoys spending time with family, playing music, fishing, and watching sports.
