My passion is helping my clients reach their expected goals. My other passion is to work with my hands; I graduated from UB as a Mechanical Engineer. Before the Engineering bug bit me I was going to be an Architect because I love construction and creating beautiful spaces.
This love of working with my hands translated to home remodeling. When I moved to The Woodlands in the Summer of '87, the day after I bought my first home in Grogan's Mill, I ripped out the entire downstairs and proceeded to remodel it for the next year and a half and because I was on a tight budget, I did all the work myself and learned the hard way through sweat, blood, and tears. Anything you can think of that can be done inside or outside of a house I've pretty much done it!
Over the years my wife and I have owned fifteen properties so far to either live in or as an investment and all were remodeled lightly or extensively. I know that with this experience I can help my clients differentiate themselves from the rest when listing or buying a property with me.
