Vicki Brundage has been a resident of The Woodlands for 25 years and an area Realtor since 2012. She is an active member of the community and has enjoyed raising her 3 children in such a welcoming, eventful environment. Over the years, they have enjoyed the hike/bike trails, kayaking, parks, pools, festivals, excellent dining, amenities, and concerts of all kinds. One of the reasons she enjoys real estate is because it allows her to share her extensive knowledge and love of the area with clients.

Vicki started her real estate journey as an investor and co-owner of her husband's real estate brokerage. Throughout the process, she mastered the ins and outs of the purchase/sale process, real estate regulations, efficient marketing, and superior client service. As her client business grew, she joined Connect Realty in order to offer the best technology, live support, and marketing tools to each customer. She utilizes the latest programs and applications, including 3-D virtual tours, Facebook ads, and the latest marketing data to ensure her clients' needs are not only met but also exceeded.

Vicki is personable, believes in integrity, ethics, continued learning, and going the extra mile for her buyers and sellers. She likes to keep an open line of communication with all parties throughout the entire sales process. Vicki places great importance on spending time getting to know her clients to better understand their expectations and needs. She has a passion for adding value to the lives of others through her work and is never too busy to help or answer questions for her clients and colleagues.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, at the beach and the hill country. She is an amateur photographer, involved in volunteering, a support group for caregivers, and Bible Study. Vicki still stays active with investing, renovating a few homes a year.

My wife Kelly and I live in the Klein area with our three boys. In our free time you will likely find us outside with neighbors, attending church at Faithbridge, volunteering at school, and watching our boys play sports at The Farm League.

For Louise Blanchard, real estate is a natural fit. Before becoming a Realtor, she was a practicing attorney for almost a decade. As a Realtor, she is able to combine her communications skills, contract training and negotiating savvy with her two loves – architecture and helping families find their most important investment, a home in The Woodlands.

Louise wants prospective clients to know that she will work extremely hard to achieve what they want. A native of Louisiana, Louise moved to Houston in 2001 and resided in The Heights before relocating to The Woodlands in 2006. In addition to her law degree, she has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Management. She is a member of the Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties and serves on the planning committee of the Giving Goes Glam fundraiser. She also volunteers with Interfaith of The Woodlands and The John Cooper School’s parent organizations.

Chandler was born in Dallas, but was raised in the greater Houston area. As a native to the city, she has extensive knowledge of the area. In addition to this, she graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Strategic Communication. This has prepared her well for work in real estate, and provided her with essential skills. Through previous work experience and continued education, Chandler has gained experience in crisis management, negotiation, and problem solving.

Chandler is now married to her husband William, and they live in the greater Houston area. He possesses a passion for real estate as well, and works in the same field. Together, they enjoy exploring the city for new houses and neighborhoods, as well as finding the best local restaurants.
