Carlotta began her career in real estate in Austin, Tx in the early '80s. While juggling children, she sold land and ranches in the hill country. As the children grew and more time was available, she turned toward residential and finding homes for families.

Carlotta and her family moved to The Woodlands in the early '90s where she has been selling homes to happy families for all these years.

I love watching sports and traveling the world. When I'm not chasing the next adrenaline rush or exploring new horizons you can find me spending me with my family. I am a mother, adventurer, and an accountant. But here's the twist I'm not just about numbers and spreadsheets.

I took a leap into the dynamic world of real estate. Why? Because it's not just about buying and selling properties for me; it's about making dreams a reality. I want to be more than a real estate agent I want to be an advocate, a guide helping people achieve their dreams, whether it's finding that perfect home or building wealth through strategic property decisions.

I was born in Crockett, Texas and grew up in Dallas. I attended Kilgore College, Texas Tech University and graduated from University of Houston. I was a member of Delta Delta Delta. I also taught elementary school for 17 years, prior to my 29 year career in Real Estate.

I am a proud grandmother of two grandsons and spend my leisure hours with them. I enjoy traveling from Coast to Coast and abroad. I am a very social person who enjoys spending time with family and close friends.

“It’s incredibly important to understand the emotion involved in selling or purchasing a home,” Tina Cardenas says. “When clients tell you what they need it’s vital to really listen. Every little detail matters.”

Originally from Clarkston, Michigan and a resident of The Woodlands and Spring for over 10 years, Tina knows whereof she speaks. A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in hospitality business, she interned in Maui in guest relations, and worked in fine dining after graduation. “My career in hospitality was an ideal platform for my real estate practice,” Tina says. “Customer service and extreme detail are my top priorities.”

Tina thrives on the excitement of helping her clients make a major change in their lives by selling or purchasing a home. “Top service, market knowledge and proficiency in the transaction process from start to finish make the transition much smoother for my clients. Seeing excitement on my clients’ faces lets me know I’ve done the job right,” she says.

Touring homes on the market is one of Tina’s pleasures, and one that keeps her up-to-date on available inventory. When not working, Tina stays active with her three children’s school and sports activities. She enjoys scuba diving, horseback riding, travel and “anything outdoors.”
