I was born and raised in Washington State, earned a business degree from the University of San Diego and was a licensed real estate agent in the state of California. I worked for one of the largest brokers in Southern California as a Relocation Specialist, connecting people with agents all across the United States. I have lived in 5 different states and have personally gone through 5 corporate relocations. Texas has been home since 2005. I have lived in League City, Beaumont, Dallas and now reside in The Woodlands. I love to travel and sailed around the world stopping at 11 different countries along the way. Spending time with my husband, three children and our Great Pyrenees rescue pup keeps me happy. I also am a runner and enjoy doing trail runs and training for half marathons. My clients describe me as down to earth, compassionate and hard working. Kelly is the proud wife of a Houston Firefighter and the mother of two daughters. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in English and continued her education, culminating in a Doctorate Degree from the University of Houston in Professional Leadership. Her commitment to lifelong learning translates well into her current profession.

I am a native Houstonian who grew up in Spring Branch, lived in the Cypress area for 15 years, and have been back in the Spring Branch/Memorial area for 6 years. I have seen many areas of Houston grow with new construction and older areas expand and revitalize.

Originally from the Minneapolis suburbs, Bethany grew up in a family- operated custom home building and remodeling firm. Bethany is passionate about guiding clients through the process with patience and care. Actively researching market trends and industry insights, Bethany aims to be her clients 'trusted advisor.' Bethany and her husband have moved 9 times, in their 20 year marriage and from those experiences she has built her business focusing on honesty, education and effective communication with her clients. Her goal is to make the process seamless and enjoyable! Outside of work Bethany cherishes time with her family. Bethany is the proud wife of Marine Corps Veteran, and Purple Heart recipient, Brent Straub. Together they have two children, Stella and James. The Straub's are proud to call The Woodlands home, so much so, they convinced Bethany's parents to move her after they retired in 2022. Bethany also enjoys walking her dog, Mattis. Hosting and entertaining friends, renovating their home and exploring the world through travel. Bethany is an involved community member participating in The National Charity League, serving as Vice President of The Woodlands Girls Lacrosse organization and being a lifetime member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart Auxiliary.
