Stefanee OHagan has lived in Montgomery County, residing in Conroe, her entire life.  She is more than familiar with the tremendous growth and opportunity that the community has to offer as she currently lives in April Sound.   She graduated from Sam Houston State University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business with a minor in Marketing.  Prior to  real estate, Stefanee had a career in Human Resources and Retail Management.  It was during this time that she mastered her skills of providing exemplary customer service as she worked with customers and her co-workers to ensure all their needs had been fulfilled.   Dedicated to being hands-on in every aspect of a real estate transaction,  Stefanee employs patience and a keen eye for detail as she skillfully guides her clients through every tedious detail of a real estate transaction. Amassing sales of almost a quarter of a billion dollars to date, Marilyn Carson's real estate career began in 1997 as the first agent to join Beth Ferester's new mentor program launched at Ferester & Company in Houston, Texas. Learning from the best, Marilyn quickly went on to receive numerous awards and accolades including the Top 100 Realtors in Houston, top listing agent in Houston's major master planned community, Gleannloch Farms, as well as the Greater Houston Builder's Association Realtor of the Year. In 2014, Marilyn and her husband Clay were relocated to NW Florida's Hwy. 30A, where Marilyn continued her real estate career with Rosemary Beach Realty and later Corcoran Reverie. While living there full time, Marilyn sold over 100 million in luxury real estate and investment properties and has retained her Florida license and is still highly active in 30A real estate to date. In 2019, Marilyn's growing family called her back home to the Houston area where she has reunited with her longtime friend and mentor Beth Ferester. In 2020 her first full year back in The Woodlands, Marilyn was among the top 3 agents at the company and in 2021 she rose to the companies top producing agent. Marilyn and her husband reside in Creekside Park in The Woodlands, TX. Marilyn has two fantastic children and through all of her success is most proud to be GiGi to her grandsons Colin and Liam. Marilyn graduated from St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Texas before attending The University of Texas and later graduating from the University of Houston with a BA in Advertising where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Kadie was born and raised in Houston, TX. Upon graduation from Klein High School, she received her degree from Texas Tech University. Several years later, she was presented with the opportunity to start a career with National Oilwell Varco. Throughout her NOV career, she transitioned through several different departments, which allowed her to expand her knowledge on many different topics. Although Kadie's career was extremely important to her, she also shared a passion for those in her community as well as those surrounding her. Kadie has been involved in organizations, which include United Way, Susan G. Komen, and served on the board for Society of Professional Women in Petroleum. Her passion for caring for others is what drove her to her career in real estate. Additionally, Kadie enjoys interior design/interior decorating, not only for her own home, but others' as well.
