In 1992 my husband and I packed up our three boys and moved south to Houston. We love the area, even the humidity, and have called it home ever since. We are so blessed to be near our three sons and their families, all of whom live in the Houston area. My career in education continued with a total of 25 years of teaching. However; retirement was not such a good fit for me, so I decided to join Dylan and the Stone's Throw Realty Team to pursue a career in real estate. Manuel Molina was born in Panama City, Panama Central America, but has been in the U.S since 1988. He earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Florida State University in 1993. He is both fluent in English and Spanish which helps him provide ultimate service to his clients.

He has been in the Real Estate business since 2003. Before becoming an agent, he was a General Contractor with Land Craft Corporation, a land developing company in Texas. He also has been involved with subdivision development, golf course construction and land sales. Since relocating to Texas he was the Assistant Superintendent for Tour 18 Golf Course and Riverwalk Subdivision.
