Becky Shannonhouse started her career in real estate in 2000 working for The Woodlands Development Company. Working for a development company, Becky worked with realtors daily. Her main responsibilities were to develop incentive programs, give orientations to new realtors, coordinate events and provide marketing materials for the local area realtors. During her time with The Woodlands Development Company, The Woodlands was ranked the number one master-planned community in the state of Texas. There were many families and realtors moving to this area, and, at times, Becky was one of the first people they would meet when they arrived here. Working with the realtors regularly, Becky formed business relationships with many of the realtors, which taught her a lot about the real estate world. Then, in the spring of 2012, she decided to move to the real estate side of the business and has since worked for a couple of brokerages in The Woodlands area. Becky spent three years working as the Director of Business and Agent Development for RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring managing the office and recruiting new agents to join the RE/MAX team. In 2011, that office generated more than 1,300 transactions, resulting in 400M in sales. In 2017, Becky wanted the experience of working for the title side of the transaction, and so she went to work for Stewart Title in The Woodlands. Although she loved being a Director of Business Development & Marketing and planning Realtor events and CE classes, after 4 years, Becky decided her heart is really in real estate, and she formally retired, but is now working as a Realtor with Beth Ferester & Company. Through all of her work experiences, Becky has gained knowledge of every side of a real estate transaction. She learned every side of the business, and now she gets to focus on creating an exciting experience for each buyer and seller. Craig Ritchie is blessed to have the passion to help his clients easily and smoothly sell their homes. Craig is a native Texan and the son of a highly successful real estate broker mother and remodeler/home builder father. After graduating from school, he entered the workforce in the oil industry as a buyer. With his skills in negotiation and determination, he quickly rose through the ranks to the position of purchasing manager of one of Houston's largest oilfield steel fabricators. He used his negotiation skills and hard work ethic to the benefit of his company until his retirement as Refinery Purchasing Manager of a 280,000 barrel per day refinery in the country of Aruba. After accepting an early retirement package, he quickly got tired of watching the grass grow and waiting for the fish to bite. Craig decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and enter the real estate business. Since 2010, he has sold homes for both a national home builder and individuals in the Lake Conroe, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas area. He thoroughly enjoys working with all home buyers and sellers and in particular, first time buyers. What Craig most enjoys is handing over the keys to a first-time homeowner.

Bruce Kink is the Operating Principal at Keller Williams Metropolitan office, a 600+ associate real estate office in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas; the Operating Principal / Majority Owner of Keller Williams The Woodlands office, a 400+ associate real estate office in the Woodlands area along with his wife Diane Kink; and Partner with Diane at The Kink Team (a $100+ Million Residential Real Estate Team in The Woodlands TX). In January 2011 Bruce stepped out of The Kink Team business in The Woodlands to become CEO / Team Leader of Keller Williams Metropolitan office.
