I chose a career in real estate because I love working with people and helping them find the home that best suits their unique needs and desires. I enjoy helping people navigate their way through the many confusing and oftentimes frustrating details on their way to buying or selling their home. My goal is to make all my clients feel like family and give them the VIP service they desire. My family and I have lived in The Woodlands area for over 38 years and I have a very good working knowledge of the housing markets in the Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, and Tomball. Prior to entering a career in real estate I was the owner and operator of a successful business for 15 years in Conroe. During that period I trained and managed all the employees, developed all the marketing promotions and assured our customers were provided the very best and highest quality products and services possible. I volunteer at my church and have attended Bible Study Fellowship for 18 years. My husband Bill and I have been married for 48 years and have a daughter a son-in-law and two precious grandsons ages 3 and 5 years old. We enjoy traveling and playing with our grandchildren.

She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, where she majored in kinesiology and completed a minor in special education. After working as a teacher for 10 years, she decided to use the skills she had developed as an educator to dive into the world of real estate. The same strong work ethic, passionate community service, and top-notch communication and organizational skills that she once used to pass all her students are now being channeled into closing her clients' transactions with the best possible terms.
Licensed since 2019, Caroline is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. She also completed her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. She uses her in-depth understanding of real estate to work with buyers, sellers, and renters to find their perfect home, ranch, or farm properties. While she is particularly knowledgeable about the North Houston area, she also assists clients to find homes in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and the surrounding areas.
Besides guiding her clients through real estate transactions, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. A native Houstonian, Mandy Gonzales, attended Valdosta State University and served as Business Development Manager for a major corporation. Her central focus was managing a large portfolio where she increased her client's return on their investment. This proved to be a perfect stepping stone into real estate where her keen attention to detail and great negotiating skills have been the anchors for which she has built a strong base of dedicated clientele.
Mandy's experience working with new home builders yielded invaluable knowledge pertaining to every step of a real estate transaction. Historic homes and ranches are very familiar territory to this consummate professional. Her love of interior design and architecture are tremendous tools as she guides buyers in finding the perfect home. Mandy puts great importance on staying abreast of the market in all key geographic areas of Houston.
