I am DeAnn Morales team lead of the Morales Home Team, a group of individuals that know this crazy market well. I have been selling real estate in The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Augusta Pines and Lake Conroe area for the past 16 years. Living in The Woodlands for 30 years I have seen a lot of changes and have kept up with all of the new roads, restaurants, neighborhoods, schools, etc. I have been married for 38 years and have two sons, Andrew - who attended The Woodlands High, and Nicholas - who attended College Park High School - The Academy of Science and Technology. He has now just graduated from the University of Texas with honors, thanks to the fabulous education that he got here! Pat has been a real estate broker for over 15 years. She started her real estate career in Austin, which included residential, commercial, land development and many construction projects. She was also able to sell a few ranches. After moving to The Woodlands to be closer to family, she became the broker for RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring for five years, giving her the opportunity to oversee thousands of local transactions worth billions in volume. Pat is now the broker for MRE and ADVISORS owned by family and friends. The consumer inspired concept by the brokerage owners was created for the consumer by consumers. It was developed from decades of experience in the global business world. She is excited to apply her extensive knowledge in real estate marketing and compliance with a consumer business model unique to the industry. Richard Moore was born in Germany while his was Father was a helicopter pilot for the United States Army. He moved to Katy, TX at the age of three and went on to graduate from Katy High School. After graduation, Richard served in the United States Marine Corps where he was attached to the Second Marine Division as a Radio Operator. Richard spent more than 20 years in the Communications field. With a customer service mindset, strong attention to detail and an expert at problem solving, real estate was a perfect fit. Having bought and sold himself, not to mention countless relocation moves across the country, Richard understands buying or selling a home is exciting, fun & can be overwhelming at times. He prides himself on communication and keeping his clients informed through every step of the process. Richard is married and joins his wife at the Bridget Moore Group, Inc. with CB&A, Realtors. Together, they have three children and are the parents of a Shih-Tzu and one Lab mix - both rescues.
