My daughter and I have lived in the Magnolia community for the last 13 years. We fell in love with the Magnolia area the first time we drove through and couldn't wait to purchase a home here. What a great decision! I have been in real estate as long as I can remember in one way or another. I have been designing and decorating homes for over 20 years. I chose to stop teaching and began my dream of purchasing and remodeling homes. Some we rented and some we flipped. I then decided to attend appraisal school to further my knowledge of the real estate market. Although I never became an appraiser, the knowledge and tools I gained have helped me navigate through the market with pricing and where money spent can be most beneficial. I began designing remodels and found so much joy in this. I continue to do this as I love to find new life in a home that has been left behind in the current market- a diamond in the rough. Remove a wall, update a kitchen and bath, add a patio, and you have this beautiful updated home nestled on a lot you could never purchase otherwise. I became a certified home stager in the next few years so I could add more knowledge to my love of all things real estate. Moving furniture around, adding a few new pieces of decor and putting finishing touches on a home can make all the difference in how someone sees your most loved and valuable asset. Making someone's home look its absolute best gives me great joy!I have extensive knowledge in construction and can help my clients see changes that can be made when they love a home but have concerns about some the features or lack of. I have been called in by realtors to help their clients see what changes could be made to see if they could be happy in a home they are considering. I have also assisted family's who have decided on new construction. I review plans, suggest changes and work with the architect to make the changes as well as help in the design center choosing finishes.

Southeast Texas has been home to me for over 45 years. I have witnessed this area of Texas blossom into an area where families raise their children, young adults come for opportunities, and businesses excel and thrive as industry leaders. Immediately following graduation from Texas A&M University, I worked within the mortgage financing industry. She is married to Tom, and they have two grown daughters. Diane received her degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University. She continues to serve The Woodlands community by volunteering at her local church, volunteering alongside her husband at track meets at TWCA, and serves in various local outreaches.
