My daughter and I have lived in the Magnolia community for the last 13 years. We fell in love with the Magnolia area the first time we drove through and couldn't wait to purchase a home here. What a great decision! I have been in real estate as long as I can remember in one way or another. I have been designing and decorating homes for over 20 years. I chose to stop teaching and began my dream of purchasing and remodeling homes. Some we rented and some we flipped. I then decided to attend appraisal school to further my knowledge of the real estate market. Although I never became an appraiser, the knowledge and tools I gained have helped me navigate through the market with pricing and where money spent can be most beneficial. I began designing remodels and found so much joy in this. I continue to do this as I love to find new life in a home that has been left behind in the current market- a diamond in the rough. I became a certified home stager in the next few years so I could add more knowledge to my love of all things real estate. Making someone's home look its absolute best gives me great joy!I have extensive knowledge in construction and can help my clients see changes that can be made when they love a home but have concerns about some the features or lack of. I have been called in by realtors to help their clients see what changes could be made to see if they could be happy in a home they are considering. I have also assisted family's who have decided on new construction.
