My passion is helping my clients reach their expected goals. My other passion is to work with my hands; I graduated from UB as a Mechanical Engineer. Before the Engineering bug bit me I was going to be an Architect because I love construction and creating beautiful spaces.






This love of working with my hands translated to home remodeling. When I moved to The Woodlands in the Summer of '87, the day after I bought my first home in Grogan's Mill, I ripped out the entire downstairs and proceeded to remodel it for the next year and a half and because I was on a tight budget, I did all the work myself and learned the hard way through sweat, blood, and tears. Anything you can think of that can be done inside or outside of a house I've pretty much done it!






Over the years my wife and I have owned fifteen properties so far to either live in or as an investment and all were remodeled lightly or extensively. I know that with this experience I can help my clients differentiate themselves from the rest when listing or buying a property with me.

Born and raised in The Woodlands, TX, Carly brings valuable insight to Montgomery County and surrounding counties working with future homeowners. Carly is caring and passionate about helping clients find their dream home they'll enjoy for many years to come. Carly is a proud Bearkat, graduating from Sam Houston State University (SHSU) with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Banking & Financial Institutions. She furthered her education at SHSU, earning a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance.

Ten plus years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically acquisitions and divestitures, solidified Carly's knowledge base in contracts, land/mineral ownership, and communication skills, which are crucial in real estate transactions.

Kadie was born and raised in Houston, TX. Upon graduation from Klein High School, she received her degree from Texas Tech University. Kadie started her career promptly after graduation with Enterprise Holdings as a sales representative. Her success provided her with the opportunity to move up as an Assistant Branch Manager. Several years later, she was presented with the opportunity to start a career with National Oilwell Varco. Throughout her NOV career, she transitioned through several different departments, which allowed her to expand her knowledge on many different topics. Although Kadie's career was extremely important to her, she also shared a passion for those in her community as well as those surrounding her. Kadie has been involved in organizations, which include United Way, Susan G. Komen, and served on the board for Society of Professional Women in Petroleum. Her passion for caring for others is what drove her to her career in real estate. Additionally, Kadie enjoys interior design/interior decorating, not only for her own home, but others' as well. When Kadie is not helping others, she is spending quality time with her family and friends, cooking, and exercising.

With Bachelor of Science and Music Education degrees and a Master of Music in cello performance, Dan acquired skills in a successful career as a master educator and professional cellist that align perfectly with his work in real estate.
