Kassandra is a native Texan, born in Austin, who spent her younger years in the North area of Houston. She attended College of the Desert in the Palm Springs area of California where she lived for several years before returning to Houston.

She began her real estate career very young, having been influenced by her Grandfather, in 2008 at just 19 years old; securing her California Real Estate License. As a 4th generation Real Estate Agent, Kassandra had many influencers and was committed to becoming a professional in the industry.

As a young agent she worked with many seasoned and experienced Agents in California and had the opportunity to learn from individuals who had 40 years or more in Real Estate. Kassandra worked with Leases, Listings, Sellers, and Buyers; in both the commercial and residential markets. This early exposure prepared her for her future in Texas.

Kassandra returned to the Houston area and obtained her Texas Real Estate license in early 2013. Since that time she has been selling and leasing residential and commercial real estate throughout the greater Houston area. Keele grew up in California but found her home in Texas almost twenty years ago. She jumped right into customer service, Waitressing and Bartending. Keele continued her love for people and customer service by earning a Paramedic License and began serving the Montgomery County community on an ambulance.







Due to her husband's career, she has moved a lot and through that, she discovered her passion for Real Estate. From flipping her personal home to buying new construction, she loves making a house a home.







Keele can be found spending time with her family; her husband Matt, daughter Adaley and son Pierce. Along with two puppies they rescued from Montgomery County animal shelter.

She is a preschool teacher at a local Mother's Day out program two days a week.
In her off time she enjoys looking at remodeling projects for her husband to do, playing with the kids and dogs, and being active in the church.

Richard Moore was born in Germany while his was Father was a helicopter pilot for the United States Army. He moved to Katy, TX at the age of three and went on to graduate from Katy High School. After graduation, Richard served in the United States Marine Corps where he was attached to the Second Marine Division as a Radio Operator. Richard spent more than 20 years in the Communications field. With a customer service mindset, strong attention to detail and an expert at problem solving, real estate was a perfect fit. Having bought and sold himself, not to mention countless relocation moves across the country, Richard understands buying or selling a home is exciting, fun & can be overwhelming at times. My husband and I have lived in the Magnolia , Tx area for over 20 years. We have 6 children and 8 grandchildren I love to see the changes over the years in Magnolia we are about to grow even more by 2020 we will have exploded. I cover Montgomery,Harris and Waller counties but have been as far as Galveston, Lake Livingston and Austin. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren the beach and relaxing at home with family.
