  • Katja moved from Mexico to The Woodlands in 2010 and received her Real Estate license 4 years later. She moved to Tomball in December 2018 and joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene in January, 2020. She holds a special interest in the Residential real estate market in North Houston and surrounding areas. Katja is also fluent in German and Spanish, from her time spent living in Germany and Mexico, which has been a great tool in her career. She has lived in different countries and cities throughout her life and feels that it has made it easy to identify with clients from all different backgrounds. Her husband has worked in construction as an inspector, warranty specialist, in the pool business, and as a home-builder. A lot of her free time is spent volunteering at her kid's school and church.
