“The streets are so narrow as well as the driveways they build. There is no extra parking for family visits. DO NOT rent a room for a special occasion!!! They are sky high on their prices and if you give a security deposit count that as a bonus for whomever rents the space to you!! The HOA is TOTALLY UNREASONABLE!”
