Alexandra Stewart was born and raised in Galveston County. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at the University of Houston, downtown. This allowed her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. "Helping people is my ministry. Oueteka Estelle Marshall, born in 1983, began her journey in the world of real estate in a unique way. She was adopted by the Bells in 1990, and little did she know that her life would be forever intertwined with the world of property. Her adoptive parents, both Real Estate Brokers, provided her with an early exposure to the intricacies of the real estate market. Becoming the office secretary at 13, taught her responsibilities of all parts of real estate at a young age. Soon all 7 of her siblings had their real estate license. At one point the family ate, drank, and dreamt real estate as a tight knit family! She admires the understanding to be organized, 100% of the time, and thorough. Lessons that she was taught along the way that gave her a jumpstart from other realtors once she realized Real Estate is the only career that enchants her. From 2007 to 2018, Oueteka Estelle Marshall embarked on a different adventure, traveling the road of life alongside her husband. Her husband was a welder then a quality control super with Tarsco and met many astounding people along the way. However, her passion for real estate never waned. Upon returning from their journey, she dove headfirst into the world of real estate, making it her full-time pursuit. In the midst of the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Oueteka Estelle Marshall earned her real estate license in 2020. This timing might have seemed daunting to some, but her unwavering love for real estate compelled her to take this step. She knew that her heart belonged in the industry, and nothing could deter her. Successful Realtor Dana Bradshaw is a proud native Galvestonian, otherwise known as a BOI (Born on the Island), with a longstanding appreciation of the unique beauty and lifestyle Galveston offers. Dana has seen Galveston progress from a sleepy Southern town to a galvanized, energetic city bursting with new development.

Dana says she sells from “Beach to Bay, West End to East End. I am highly enthusiastic about being a Realtor on Galveston Island. There are so many markets from beachfront, beachside, bayfront, and bayside with/without water views to condominiums, lofts, townhomes, and historic homes. There is something here for everyone.”

Creative by nature, Dana provides innovative solutions when a transaction is difficult. “By thinking ‘outside of the box,’ I have been able to find solutions and close some tough transactions for my clients. I remain calm and focused and am very conscientious and diplomatic. My clients ask all the time, ‘Do you treat everyone like this? You really make us feel special’ – and that makes me feel great.” One couple represented by Dana described her as “very positive, energetic, friendly and always available. Prior to her career in real estate, Dana ran a property management company for five years and became conversant with condominium and townhome owners’ associations. She oversaw the renovation of over 75 units per year and maintained positive relationships of nearly 600 homeowners. She attended association board meetings and annual meetings, helped with elections, and presented power point presentations. Her background also includes court reporting. She feels the legal expertise gleaned from her tenure as a court reporter has been invaluable to her success as a Realtor.

When not working, Dana likes to walk on the beach, enjoying the beautiful Galveston sunrises and wildlife.
